Why does my ZIP say it is invalid or corrupted?
A missing central directory, an interrupted download, damaged entry metadata, or missing payload bytes can stop normal extraction.
Can files be recovered from a damaged ZIP?
Often. Earlier entry records may still identify recoverable files when the final directory is gone.
Where is the ZIP processed?
ZIP analysis and rebuilding happen locally in your browser.
Will all contained files be complete?
Only entries whose required data survived can be complete. Openable labels partial entries and includes a report in the rebuilt archive.
